Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Happy Saint Patrick's Day, loves!  I've always loved this holiday.  It's lots of fun, I'm a little Irish and my Mr. D is definitely Irish....which makes today even more fun to celebrate.  :) 

So...in order to edge out the competition for today I baked Puttin' On The G.R.I.T.S. Pistachio cake....

(Although mine didn't come out quite as pretty as hers...and I added more food coloring because today is St. Patrick's Day.)  It tastes great!  Y'all should definitely try this one.  Mmmmm.

And I went to work dressed like this......

Do y'all have any big plans for tonight?  I'm hoping to have tomorrow off...which would make tonight much more exciting.  Hope you have a wonderful day and don't forget to wear your green! (or you'll get pinched!)

St. Patty's Idea Needed

Unless you're living under a rock you are aware St. Patty's Day is only two days away!
This year, there's a contest for the office I work in.....best dressed gets Friday off!  Obviously, the theme is St. Patrick's Day.  Now, I know all you creative ones out there in blog world must have some kind of idea for me!!! 

Anyone? 

Because I can't think of a darn thing.  And I would looooove to win Friday off!  :)
